This 100% chardonnay with medium toast French oak ageing. Wine writer Kirby Pringle describes it this way: "It has mango, pineapple and ripe peach aromas, with flavors of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple and coconut), along with marshmallow and a nice, toasty finish."
